Most of our throws and blankets are machine washable on a gentle cycle. For heated blankets, unplug and remove the controller first. Always check the care label.

How warm do heated blankets get?

Our heated blankets have several heat settings, so you can choose gentle warmth or extra cosiness. Many switch off automatically after a set time.

Which size should I choose?

The dimensions of every size are listed in the product options. A single is ideal for the sofa, a double or larger works well on the bed.

Does it make a good gift?

Absolutely — blankets are one of our most-gifted items. Order in good time before the holidays.

Cosy light anywhere, no socket required

For anyone who wants a soft glow around a headboard, mantelpiece or balcony where there is no plug nearby. These battery fairy lights run on 3 AA batteries per strand (not included), so they go wherever you like, and the reinforced wire-to-battery connection stands up to daily use. You get four 6 m strands of 60 warm white LEDs each on slim silver wire, plus two remotes to switch modes, dim the glow and set a timer that repeats every evening.

Why you'll love it

Battery powered: each strand takes 3 AA batteries (not included), with no mains lead to hide
Remote with 8 modes: wave, chase, twinkle, slow fade and steady on, plus 10 brightness levels
Daily timer: 6 hours on and 18 hours off, repeating automatically every evening
Memory function: the lights come back on in the mode you chose last time
Indoor and outdoor: waterproof silver wire for gardens, patios and camping as well as bedrooms

Perfect for: bedrooms and reading nooks, Christmas trees and mantels, weddings, gardens and patios
