A hand weight you set yourself, one splash at a time

This plastic dumbbell is hollow, so you choose the weight by how much water you pour in, up to about 1 kg when full. Tip it out and it weighs next to nothing, which makes it handy for small flats, suitcases and gentle routines. One side is flat, so it stays put on the floor instead of rolling under the sofa.

Why you'll love it

Your weight, your call: add a little water for warm-ups or fill it to the top for around 1 kg
Stays where you put it: the flat side stops it rolling away between sets
Light to carry: empty it out and it slips into a gym bag or suitcase
No power needed: just water and a few minutes of movement
Soft pink finish: a cheerful colour that looks nice left out on a shelf

Perfect for: morning toning, travel workouts, gentle arm sessions and small home gyms

We offer fast, free delivery with no minimum order value. Every order can be tracked at any time using its own tracking number.

We offer a 30-day right to return or exchange if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order.
